A multi-faceted approach to resolve high conflict divorce

Integrating strategy, mindset + resiliency practices, and team buildingconnections, to help you reach a level of confidence to prepare you for the challenging road ahead.

You should not embark on this journey alone.

It requires a significant amount of courage and strength to navigate the legal system while ensuring you continue making decisions that are in the best interest of your children and loved ones. And dealing with a high-conflict individual adds an extraordinary amount of challenge and complexity.

Let’s form a partnership and allow me to be your guide to walk you through your journey. Together, we can develop the foundation and strategy to ultimately provide the tools you need to rebuild and reclaim your life. Through 1-on-1 specialized coaching and community building, my mission is to help women like yourself identify, confront, and manage conflict in order to return to a more fulfilling life.
